I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at finding a hair in my meal atVV hotel Gorai. I was served butter chicken and steamed rice and was horrified to discover the hair while eating. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene in the food served. Finding hair in my meal is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food handling practices in your kitchen. I immediately brought this to the attention of the server/staff, and. I was expecting a more prompt and sincere apology, as well as assurances that steps would be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. "The service at VV Hotel Gorai was absolutely appalling - our waiter seemed completely uninterested, took forever to bring our meals.The food itself was disappointing, with bland flavors and poorly presented dishes. There was a freaking hair in the food , and the manager and chef both were not ready to accept their fault, were not ready to apologise, We felt completely ignored and left hungry and frustrated. Avoid this place at all costs. Never visiting the VV Hotel (Gorai) ever again Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
