I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at finding a hair in my meal atVV hotel Gorai. I was served butter chicken and steamed rice and was horrified to discover the hair while eating. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene in the food served. Finding hair in my meal is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food handling practices in your kitchen.
