I recently visited VRL Refreshment and had a mixed experience. While the place itself is nice and spacious, the food left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the food was cold, which was a major disappointment. There was also a distinct lack of flavor, making the meal feel bland and unappetizing. The self-service system is convenient in theory, but in practice, it took much longer than expected—there was a long queue, and I had to wait around 10-15 minutes before I could even get my food. Despite these issues, the ambiance of the place was pleasant, which is the only positive aspect of my visit.
