Worst worst service I should have reach dropping at 11 or 12 am but I reached at 5 pm bus is full of dirty

At kolhapur Vrl logistics warehouse canteen our bus halted for 10 minutes. Passengers were told to go for toilet and canteen. At canteen we get tea and biscuits chips. The vrl toilets were stinkingly dirty. Waaak. VRL hopeso looks into the renovation of toilets as it charges good amount of tickets. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
