Over the phone they took the order nicely. I order the cake to be delivered between 5.30 PM to 6 PM, they didn't bothered about the delivery time and not even having curtesy to inform the customer saying it is getting delayed. Not calling asked about the direction. I called them at 7.30 PM then the owner commented delivery guys searching for the home.. so disgusting. Worst ever delievery!
