i was regular and premium customer of VITS group . i was request to discount for long stay they not provide anything all VITS branch are good but the surat branch i get very bed experience. managment staff small swaminarayn boy is very rude behavior not supportive any kind of help and much attitude may be they are children or part time job doing work in hotel , and not provide room cleaning service on time , lift also bed smelling. Located within few minutes of walking distance from Surat Railway Station this hotel is one of the best place to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. It has a Vitthal Kamath restaurant on first floor. Though the Vitthal Kamath chain of restaurant is very popular in other places this one is not. The restaurant is mostly visited by people staying at the hotel rooms above. This is because the food quality is below average for a Kamath restaurant. Over all a good stay. Service: 3
