In accordance with the guests' opinions, the staff can be downscale. According to the clients, the main drawback of VITS GRAND LATUR is the fine service. But according to the Facebook rating, this place received 5 stars.
During my stay at this hotel for more than 4-5 times in last 2 months, I've found below cheap services from these people - 1) when I've given my clothes for laundry they exchanged my trouser with someone else's. When I went back home & noticed it, I couldn't even get the chance to ask with whom my branded touser went with. 2) Even after strict & straight instructions given this next time, they ruined my very favorite shirt & when asked to get the solution...The general manager Mr.Jagdish tried to bribe me by saying that, "he will make the dinner cost complementary". Does this recover my favorite shirt??? When I said No to it then he spoke to me with arrogance than "I've not seen such a customer" this was so insulating... 3) Even the ironing quality is so bad that, if you have linen or cotton clothes then you can not even find it to wear on next day... 4) Even after several feedbacks given that to put basic sanitary products like, dental kit, shaving kit, etc in the toilet, they don't even listen to it and do same things repeatedly... 5) when you go to breakfast the serving staff comes to you one by one for at least 3-4 times and ask for your room number again & again which makes you feel like you are eating their food for free...Which is so annoying & insulting again... 6) when the team found guilty for their repeated mistakes, they don't feel ashamed of it & on contrary talk insulting words to me...So unprofessional & unethical way to talk to guests even when I'm talking to them so politely... I suggest, if you come to Latur & wish to stay here...Plz find some better option than this hotel...Else get your clothes ruined, have same breakfast everytime with that annoying staff, lack of basic services & insulting staff.. so make a choice wisely...
