1-Service- I ordered 2 pizzas , i was told that pizza will be ready in 20 to 25 mins .
when i lost my temper at 1 hr and pizza was not ready , staff was abusive
and denied canceling my order and returning my money.
2-pizza Quality- i ordered thin crust cheesy burst - base was thick and not properly cooked ,instead of cheese on cheesy burst it has mayonnaise. and pizza was taste less and toppings were very less. moreover they were out of big pizza box so they chopped pizza and put that in small boxes which led mayones to spread all over..
I WASTED MY MONEY , TIME AND MOOD.
FINALLY I HAD TO FEED ALL OF THOSE PIZZAS TO MY DOG..
THEY DONT CARE TO REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING ON 8 MARCH AND REOPENING AT RAJ NAGAR EXTENSION BY THE NAME OF PIZZA GARDENIA.... BEWARE OF THESE GUYS FELLAS..
Copying almost everything from dominos and pizza hut, from their menu and designs. I wish they could copy the flavors too. They have the typical type of flavor which is when u bake the pizza for a little too much of time.
Toppings are regular nothing very different, cheese is of cheaper quality. But after all this pizza chain is designed for the tier 2 cities, so it is manageable.
Staff was generous, and I appreciate the effort of the staff while customising my order for the betterment if my order.
It is situated close to dominos like almost next to it, so they have a very tough competition. And I dont consider VIP Pizza to be a value for money deal for sure. In 500 I can get a good dominos pizza as well so saving 100 rupees and compromising on taste is not cup of tea.
Overall I wish them best wishes to make it a good Indian pizza chain.
