I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Pizza Hut. I have placed an order for a pizza through your website. But unfortunately, my order was not delivered. When I checked the status of my order on your website, it showed that the order was "out for delivery." However, when I contacted the store directly, they denied any knowledge of my order and refused to deliver it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. If your team is unable to deliver an order, why accept it in the first place? This has not only wasted my time but also left me without my ordered food. I request that you look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
