Worst ever experience..I bought cake for birthday...Firstly they told the cake pice to be 299 when I saw that rate tag It was for 279 only...then I confirmed if the cake is fresh they said yes it's fresh...but it was utterly distasteful and of poor quality even it was hard as stone for the next day...I had my train next morning otherwise I would surely have sued them for this fraud...never ever buy anything from this shop. That' was my bakwas experience ever & ever!! I had a highly disappointing experience with this VCD bakery. I ordered a specific cake via Swiggy, but they delivered a completely different one. When I called the bakery to address this, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, even claiming it was the "same cake" despite the obvious difference in appearance and type. It is incredibly dishonest to advertise one thing and send another, then refuse to take any responsibility for the error. There are plenty of bakeries that actually value their customers—this is clearly not one of them. Save your money and order from somewhere else where the business is honest about what they sell.
