I have given 1 star because someone on telegram offered me 150₹ to post a five star rating. Don’t fall for general words like nice , good etc, most of them may be fake.

We stayed for 1 day at VBIS INN ie on 27.07.2024.The receptionist are not cooperative at all,and the hot water was not coming we complained about it but in return we got the response saying they ll get hot water using coil..after paying 3k plus amount it is not worth taking such reposne ..it was really a bad experience choosing this hotel....and I suggest people think twice before taking your stay at this hotel.. Service: 1

Extremely sorry for what has happened. Just for your information hot water runs 24 hours because we have heat pump. May be our service people might have not guided correctly. We will take this feedback and take necessary actions.
