Dear Sir,We would like to most respectfully inform you that we do not use dalda or vanaspati oil in any of our food preparations. Our standard practice is to use refined oil, and in most dishes, we prefer to cook using pure ghee and butter, keeping both taste and quality in mind.If you consider placing an order with us in the future, please rest assured that we will take special care to prepare your food with less oil, less ghee, and a lighter preparation, exactly as per your preference.If at any point in the past you experienced any discomfort, we offer our sincere and heartfelt apologies.
