I ordered a red velvet birthday cake for my husband but they spoiled the cake with the spelling mistake and mentioned happy anniversary instead of happy birthday on the cake and so the birthday evening of my husband is also spoiled.and when I called them to make the correction, they denied it very rudely and disconnected my call.. I will never ever order any cake frm uttam bakery, balrampur. it's very horrible experience.
