Clients don't like roti at Uttam Vaishno Dhaba. It's a pity, the staff is creative as many visitors note. Based on the guests' opinions, this place is well known for its fine service. We ordered food from Uttam Food Court but the food that was there was very tasteless ridiculous. We were in a very good mood so we ordered food from outside but when the food arrived and before we ate it, our mood got spoiled and our day got ruined. The food at Uttam Food Court Adarsh Nagar is just awful. There was no taste in the palak paneer, it was so tasteless that there was no taste at all in it. We could not find the paneer even after searching. It seemed as if it was made before 2-3 days and they just grated it and gave it to us. There was no taste of seasoning or spice in it. Just seeing it made me so sad that I could not even eat the food. Next was Matar Mushroom..it was very tasteless just like Palak paneer. There was no taste of any spice in it.. 2-4 pieces of paneer were added in it but they were thrown away raw, it was tasting very stale. Spices are the pride of Indian food but Uttam food court is just only selling food, they do not even know what are the emotions of people regarding food. Last was the tandoori roti, it was so bad that despite being hot it was difficult to break it and chewing it was even more difficult. It was very burnt. Ordered alloo pyaaj vaala kulcha from here.. they call it mix kulcha and charge it by that name... Mix kulcha means aloo gobhi pyaaj or even paneer... But aloo+ gobhi is must.. you cant call alloo + pyaj as mix kulcha.. The kulcha out from the tandoor felt like pratha... No crisp or tanned top of kulcha as done on less flame.. .. No butter slice was provided... May be applied already... But which butter was used is a mystery... Overall, not going there ever and not recommended.
