The shopkeeper does not make any sense of how to talk with the customer... His behaviour was very rude....it seems he has a superiority complex....Having arrogance.......I shall never buy even a single thing from Uttam Bakery ....There are many such outlets which are more competitive and have courteous behaviour.... Damn with UTTAM BAKERY....
