Good food, but very disappointing service experience We’ve been frequent visitors to this restaurant and have always appreciated the good food and wide variety of vegetarian options. However, our recent visit was quite disappointing due to the overall experience with the staff and management. We were a group of 15 people. Once seated, the manager after some time repeatedly came to our table asking us to finish quickly and vacate, saying that other guests were waiting outside. We understand it was a festive day (deepavali ) but it takes time for 15 people to eat.A little courtesy would have been much appreciated. This constant interruption made the meal uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To add to that, when one more person joined our group, the manager’s reaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. At one point, a waiter even pushed my brother’s chair in a rude manner when he was simply trying to adjust it for comfort — something that should never happen in a hospitality setting. It’s truly unfortunate that such good food and ambiance are overshadowed by poor service and a lack of basic courtesy. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience has left us quite disappointed. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and focuses on improving customer experience and respect towards guests. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a fantastic meal at Utsav Restaurant in Thane! The Brinjal Singapuri was the absolute standout - crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. This Chinese starter alone is worth the visit! The Malai Kofta was equally impressive with its creamy gravy and soft, delicious koftas. We also enjoyed the Manchow Soup, Cheese Vegetable Kebab, and Paneer Tikka Masala with Lacchedar Paratha and Butter Naan. Everything was delicious and the portions were excellent - generous servings that left us completely satisfied. Great food, ample quantity, and good service. Highly recommend Utsav for anyone looking for quality vegetarian dining in Thane!
