I had a very disappointing experience at Utsav Restaurant. While the food itself was decent, the behavior of the staff completely ruined the meal.From the moment we sat down, the staff seemed impatient and in a constant hurry to rush us out. Instead of allowing us to enjoy the food and dine comfortably, they repeatedly tried to clear the table even when we were still eating. At one point, a staff member attempted to take my plate while I still had food on it, which was extremely disrespectful and made the experience feel very uncomfortable.To make matters worse, they even brought the finger bowl while I was still eating, clearly indicating that they wanted us to leave rather than enjoy our meal. It felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being pushed through a process as quickly as possible.Another frustrating part was that almost every request we made from the menu was met with reluctance or a “no,” which made the service feel dismissive and unwelcoming.When restaurants charge premium prices, customers are paying not just for the food but also for the service, hospitality, and overall dining experience. Food alone cannot justify those prices. Unfortunately, the service and attitude of the staff at Utsav fell far below what anyone would reasonably expect.Good food alone does not make a good restaurant experience. Hospitality and basic courtesy matter just as much, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this place unless the management seriously addresses the staff behavior and customer service standards.

Service is very bad. We went for breakfast with my 81 year old mother n ordered masala dosa n uttappam @ 11.28 am. Staff is least bothered.We received our food around 12.15 pm on table. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast
