Wanted to share my Experience at Utsav Resto Besides Tivoli Theater Secunderabad.
On a Sunday Eve with all the expectation that we had from Old 2008 Days while we used to live in Secunderabad, and experienced some delicious food at Utsav, wanted to re-live the experience and traveled all the way from Nizampet for some Delicious Veg Food.
But this time the experience had been so Pathetic that we felt its a Para Dime shift in taste and hospitality of this place. Felt this place is now run by Dogs who care a Damn.
Soup - Cold : asked to heat it, the waiter gives a Damn
Satrangi-Veg Curry : Can taste Dry Chili Powder sprinkled on the dish.
Aloo Paratha - Yaar Aloo Kaha Hain. Waiter cares a Damn.
Lost it totally and wanted to speak to the Manager, waiter says there is no Manager available. on insisting that i would not pay a penny for the Crap served, i got some Sr.waiter to speak to and He just Heard and that's it, No apologies or at-least no assurance of taking care of it.
Me and my wifey looked at each other with a smile and decided to leave, Imagine what.............. there was another Customer fighting with the same Sr.Waiter on the quality of food severed, and he was LOUD. I just added to him saying we had the same trouble Dude its a proven pathetic place.
I hope the waiter was fine

Later every visit I was disappointed with everything, food, ambience, service. Standards have gone down completely in all areas.
