Absolutely hated the whole experience Highly disappointed I booked 2 rooms online where they provided Very deceiving photos.the property in real life is in the worst possible condition . Unhygienic rooms and washrooms Bed sheets and blankets were the worst nightmare. The hotel staff is so so rude and unhelpful. All they care about is money Absolute frauds Service: 1

This hotel is the worst I have come a cross till date. We had booked the hotel from the website and the pictures did not match the reality at all. The hotel staff did not even clean the room before arrival, what we saw at arrival was absolute horror. Dirtiest sheets, unfolded comforter, messy pillows, extremely foul smell, and the bathroom was the worst thing of all, super dirty dirty, unclean, worst smell of all. The hotel staff was also very unsupportive and rude. After we complained about it, we went and booked another hotel the same day, and the hotel staff gave the keys to our room to another customer and we had already prepaid so they were charging two customers for the same room. Most of all the hotel was an OYO property and it was nowhere mentioned at all on the website while booking, when we asked for check out- they denied our check out while keeping another customer in the room they claimed we had checked in. And they even said, since you checked in we will not refund and did not let us check out. The worst experience ever. I rarely write negative reviews but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Service: 1

I, along with my friend, have been staying at the hotel for the past 6 days. We have our meetings daily from 11 AM to around 2 or 3 PM. Every day, we inform the hotel staff at 12 PM to clean the room. But even after we return, the room is still in a messy condition. It has been a very bad experience and the behavior from the hotel staff has been disappointing, especially after staying here for 6 days already. Service: 1
