Me and my family are having food at Utsav since last 5-6 years...but the quality seems degrading now..I have ordered 3 dishes, all gravies had same taste ..no salt no chilly no spices..looks like the staff was in hurry to knockoff on time.. Found a piece of Plastic in laccha paratha.. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
