The overall experience was good. We had a 3 night stay. Food was delicious and service was also good, however, I want to add a few suggestions for the betterment of the hotel:- 1. Need outer fresh air in the floor corridor as we experienced a stale smell due to humid and poor ventilation. 2. need more light arrangement outside, the hotel looks dull during night 3. Basement common washroom & hand wash area (next to breakfast area) needs to be refurbished 4. Balcony door glass are having small gaps through which insects came inside the room, if possible provide some net arrangement. 5. We also experienced stale smell inside the lift. I have given 3 star for location, as the hotel is far from City area, apart from this the hotel was very good. The staff responded properly to all queries. Good experience.
