Usthad Hotel in Kovalam is an absolute gem for seafood lovers. They serve a full range of fresh seafood, and every dish I tried was simply awesome. The flavours were authentic, portions were generous, and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambience was clean and welcoming. If you’re in Kovalam and craving amazing seafood at a great price, Usthad Hotel is a must-visit. The food we ordered sardines was stale it’s just the normal restaurant unnecessarily hype created for them…!
