Family friendly hotel suitable for children too.
In case of quality of food, they try to maintain their quality throught.
Prices are slightly high sometimes according to catch of fish and will be reduced during season time. But compared to other seafood speciality restaurants, we can say Ustad Hotel rates are reasonable which a common man can afford (although he can't affort daily).
Those who are seafood lovers, they are most welcome.
I found some negatives also:
* Seating is average with less seating space. So have to wait outside during peak hours or rush.
* No Rice with curry for lunch, with which fried fish goes very well (best combination).
* Limited car parking facility.
