Menu at Ustad Hotel, Vizhinjam is mainly focused on fried fish items accompanied by kerala porotta, idiyappam, appam and tapioca with complementary coconut fish curry gravy. Ustad Hotel special sulaimani (black tea) is an exceptional item.
