Clients don't like chicken at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Urban kitchen. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Many people highlight that the service is nice. The calm atmosphere makes a good impression on guests. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I ordered chapathi, pathiri, kadai chicken, and egg masala through Railrestro. The delivery was prompt and arrived on time at Shoranur railway station. The delivery executive was courteous, and the food was fresh and delicious. However, I would appreciate it if spoons and paper plates were provided next time, as the packaging wasn’t ideal for travel. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered dragon chicken , and they delivered an entirely different item (some form of chilli chicken with the chicken cut in cubes as compared to long strips in dragon chicken). Very disappointed and never ordering again. Food: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
