If there would have been option of giving half star, i would have given that to this place. Total waste of money and time. Service is third class and they take too much time to serve. Owner/ Manager was busy in using phone and there was only one person who was both cooking and serving. I think they themselves don't make food and they order food from some roadside place and then serve because garlic bread which we ordered was all soggy and not crispy at all. Worst experience ever! The food quality and taste was really quite below an average standard of any food outlet. Total waste of money and highly disappointed by the service as well as the wait time (even though it was non peak hour and there weren't many customers) when compared to the food that was finally served. Ordered hot choco coffee, hazelnut pint cold coffee, veg loaded sandwichzza (claimed to be the bestsellers) but the taste was utterly bad and the charges were too overpriced as per the taste. The hot coffee literally deserved a neagtive rating for its horrible taste. And cold coffee well...u can't figure out if it's actually supposed to be called so or not. And sandwizza is literally nothing but a roadside sandwich with bad taste that too feels stale being served at high price. Would surely recommend the urban theka to improvise their taste and revise the prices and look into reducing the customer waiting time to make customers happy! The only reason 1 could rate 2 to any category for this place was its ambience and atmosphere.! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
