I recently visited Urban Theka Rewa and was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed during my experience. While dining, I witnessed a physical altercation between a female patron and the restaurant staff. The situation escalated quickly, with the patron using abusive language and becoming aggressive. This kind of environment is unacceptable for any dining establishment. It not only made me feel uncomfortable but also reflected poorly on the management and their ability to handle disturbances. I expected a welcoming atmosphere, but instead, I was left feeling unsettled. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more professional and safe environment for future guests.
