Xenia is a famous costly hotel and I had high expectations from its restaurant.
I went on a lunch date with my wife. We ordered:
1. Chicken Lollypop
> 6pcs. It was not hot from the inside. Kinda felt it was not prepared fresh.
2. Some non-veg Chinese sizzler:
> They are not smoking it with the excuse of some fire safety sensors.
> Noddles were not available either - and it was not informed before.
> So basically I was served about 6 pcs of chilly chicken (similar to lollypop above) and chicken fried rice. This is nothing near to how a sizzler should be.
3. Virgin Mojito: It was Ok.
4. Beer: Served chilled.
5. Masala Papad: The bartender forgot this order, and took like half-hour to serve it. It was simple plain papad with chopped tomatoes, onions, and cucumber. Kinda ok - but yeah not worth Rs. 95
As it was lunchtime, Tandoor was not available either - so no Naan or Tikkas.
Looking back - going out after two months on for a romantic lunch and bill of about 1800 - the experience was simply Sad!
They need to learn some hotel management skills. These people don't know how to talk to their customers. The food is way to expensive by its quality and quantity standard. Satayendr singh their manager is an arrogant and very less manared person..he should be removed with an immediate effect. Kids are gonna roam and ruin your experience and when you start to have your music to have some fun. Satyendra Singh comes in ask you to leave and the way he does that makes you wana hit him.
I have been 5-6 times and it's a very unpleasant experience everytime. I won't recommend to go there please avoid there you will not have a good time. People working there won't let you.
