The Swiggy delivery guy put it beside his feet down on his scooty, and handed it to me from there.
I explained the person over call from the restaurant , that I am not happy with the packaging, it should be always in paper bag and the delivery guy was also at fault.
I asked them either I want the refund from Swiggy or they need to send the order again. I was also told that I will be sent something complimentary next time. And I can proceed with my Swiggy refund. When Swiggy didn’t refund and I called them to deliver the same order again. (We agreed that I will calling for the repeat order if Swiggy does not do the refund)
This is what I get as a reply:
Swiggy needs to do the refund. Yes we will send the fries, but you bear the delivery charges 30-40 rs whatever it will be. ( Horrible, this is what you say, when you are at fault somewhere and not the customer)
Yes these fries we are sending are complementary. (Thank you for offering me this favour Urban Street Cafe)
Horrible behaviour and absolute lack of responsibility.
Thank you for wasting my time.
P.S. I had been ordering from your restaurant past 2-3 years. Not any more. Pathetic service.
