Ordered food from Urban Shalimar Hotel via Swiggy, and it was a horrible experience. There was a worm inside the food, which is extremely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and food safety. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. When we contacted the restaurant, there was no proper apology or responsibility taken. Very unprofessional and careless behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
