I recently had the opportunity to visit this location and although the food and music were enjoyable, I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, the servers showed a lack of understanding of the service standards and struggled to greet customers warmly. I felt it was necessary to point out specific areas where improvement is required, as the staff's behavior directly impacted the experience for my fellow friends and me. We were made to feel like the staff had little to no knowledge of how to engage with us. And surprisingly AC wasn’t working.
