Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. Most guests point out that the staff is patient. Spectacular service is something clients like here. I reserved a table via Swiggy Dineout and the team was not accepting the payment via swiggy (which had 35% off on total bill). When I asked the staff they responded ‘please talk to swiggy and tell them we are not accepting any payments’ they also said, it has been 6 months we are not accepting these payments, and we ask our customers to pay the total bill and not via swiggy….. like what?? if that’s the case why put your restaurant on swiggy dineout section in the first place.. to scam people?? Overall, food and ambience was good. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This is hands down one of the WORST restaurants I’ve ever visited. I had a confirmed Swiggy Dineout booking, but the moment I arrived, the staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. They straight-up refused to honor the booking and didn’t even bother to arrange a table — even after I clearly said I was willing to pay whatever was required. The arrogance and unprofessionalism were unbelievable. And if you think the poor service stops there, think again. The valet/parking guys were insanely rude and downright abusive. Instead of guiding customers, they were busy shouting, arguing, and behaving like they own the place. Absolutely no manners, no courtesy, nothing. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a “Restobar.” It’s a joke. Complete mismanagement, zero customer service, and a staff that has no respect for customers. Urban Restobar Sainikpuri ruined my evening, and I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Stay FAR away.
