I recently dined at Urban Kitchen Hotel based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered two thalis and patiently waited for nearly 45 minutes without any response from the staff. Regrettably, the thalis were never served. This level of service was extremely disappointing and left me frustrated. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service. I didn't tasted the food here but still I'm giving 3 stars.. No star for the service, "owner should look into this matter and work towards improving the sevice!" One star for the atmosphere.
