It is worst of my life's experiences for food. No hygiene maintenance, no waiters for service, I think they outsource food, as we had to get up without eating as it took more than 15 mins for an additional chapati. They don't even wash the water glasses, so had to use the water directly from bottle. No washroom facility in a so called family restaurant.( I had to use the staff toilet, which is inside their kitchen). It was quite embarrassing and disappointing for me to take my son for a lunch at this place. I wish food inspection team visits their place for hygiene maintenance. I ordered for an item he gave me something else. After i call the swiggy customer service they connect me to urban kitchen and this guy frm this resto who was a big jerk , no sense of talking is literally threatening me. I jus told him tk the order away and he suddnly became harsh and started talking nonsense and discntd the call. Worst experience ever.
