Biriyani was good for the amount which i gave, it was 160 rupees and the quantity was more than enough for one person. It was a Good experience for me. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Urban Grill and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The servers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in providing any level of customer service, and their attitudes made the dining /delivery experience unpleasant. The owner's lack of concern for the issues of poor service and rude behavior from the staff. The hotel is completely dominated by north east servers and cooks if they run like this soon, they will lose the customer I would not recommend Urban Grill to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
