I attended a New Year's Eve party with my family at this restaurant, and I have to say it was a complete letdown. The atmosphere was incredibly dull and far from festive. Upon entering, there was a noticeable lack of energy, and it felt more like a regular evening than a special celebration. The decorations were minimal, offering little in terms of excitement or holiday cheer. The music, which should have been an essential part of the event, was mundane and uninspiring. It seemed like they put very little thought into curating a lively playlist or hiring a DJ who could bring some energy to the room. As a result, the crowd was silent and unengaged. The staff, although polite, didn't seem prepared to handle a lively party atmosphere, and there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. Service was slow, and the drinks seemed watered down, making the experience feel more like a drag than a celebration. To top it off, the food was underwhelming. It was cold, tasteless, and nothing special for a New Year’s spread. In a place where you’d expect high-quality offerings and a bit of glamour, this restaurant failed to deliver on all fronts. Overall, it was a far cry from the vibrant and joyful New Year’s Eve I had hoped for. I won’t be returning for another event like this again. It was truly a boring and disappointing experience. Urban chulha was located at Hotel atishay,chetak bridge,zone-1 Maharana pratap nagar(MP NAGAR).Easy to reach there.Ambience was great and service is also good.Food taste is yummy.Its toyally money worth place.Nice place to hangout with your group.Take time out and visit here once.
