If you appear to be near Pandavkada Falls, you can go to this restaurant. Perfectly cooked chaat and good panipuri have a good taste. "I had the pleasure of trying the Aloo Tikki Chaat at Urban Chaat Factory, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The tikki was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with tangy tamarind chutney and fresh yogurt. The balance of flavors was spot on, bringing back memories of my childhood visits to Delhi. The portions were generous and served with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for that extra pop. Two incidents occurred to rate this , 1st we were eating quietly and then out of nowhere the server boy put the tissue box from our table to counter. (Who are the tissue paper for?) 2nd After asking for a bottle of water, he didn't give us so we bought from another shop but later he told us to pay for the water bottle too. We pay not only for food but also for the service. If you don't care to serve the customer then the customer will also stay away from such places. You lost a customer. (Edit: we were the only customers present, second just ask your employees to behave. It's sad .. we used to come regularly to eat there. Service: 1

We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had at our place. Our moto is to always serve the best food & experience to our customers. 1st - Service guy may have picked up the tissue box from the table as some customer having pani puri would have asked for the tissues. 2nd- We serve mineral water(Oxycool) bottles at our restaurant. So we will never ask you to look for water from other shop . Even if you have bought it from other shop why would we charge you? Rather many customers get Buttermilk, juice from adjoining shops & have it at our place . we never restrict or charge anyone. Would request you to clear the misunderstanding & give us one more chance to serve you .
