We visited the Hyatt buffet recently. The food quality and taste were good, and overall presentation was nice. However, the vegetarian variety, especially in snacks, was quite limited and could be improved. In the dessert section, there were around 18–20 sweet items, but almost 90% were egg-based cakes. There was only one single eggless option, which was disappointing for vegetarians. Considering we paid a premium price, we expected better balance and more veg and eggless choices. Hyatt should definitely improve this to justify the cost. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian options: Yes Eggless Option should be available in sweet dishes.

I visited urban cafe 2 years ago and food options and service was really exceptional. But last week we visited and it was extremely disappointing. No one attended our table for 10 mins, food was mediocre and the service is sloppy. I am so sad to see them decline the quality bar so much.
