Absolutely Disgusting & Unethical – NEVER AGAIN! I am beyond furious with the experience I had at Upvaas. I bought 2 falahari pattis for takeaway, and what happened next was absolutely horrifying. The food looked normal from the outside, so my friend—who unfortunately has a reduced sense of smell due to a medical condition—ate almost the whole thing. By the end, she felt nauseous. Out of concern, I decided to taste it myself—and I was shocked. The filling smelled absolutely foul and the taste was even worse—rotten, sour, and unbearable. I had to immediately spit it out. This wasn’t a minor issue; the fillings were clearly made from spoiled, stale, and unsafe ingredients. And this is not a one-time mistake. Recently, my husband bought falahari baked samosa from Upvaas, and guess what? Same disgusting smell and taste. Again, it seemed like they were using old, rotten materials that had absolutely no place in any kitchen—especially one that claims to serve food for fasting. This is not just negligence—this is deeply unethical. People come to you with trust, especially on fasting days, and you shamelessly serve rotten, inedible food? Are you even aware of the health risks you're putting people through? Shame on you, Upvaas. Stop playing with people’s faith and health. What you're doing isn’t just bad service—it's downright dangerous. I will never return and strongly warn others to stay far, far away from this place.
