Super hyped restaurant nothing worth than just having a good view.Better go ahead with Sun & moon or Lake shore.The worst part of Upre is reservation and waiting time.Better skip and try some local joints.

The staff were extremely rude in my experience—probably the worst I’ve come across. Even when we just wanted to take pictures, we were told we needed permission and were given only five minutes to do so, which felt very unreasonable. On top of that, during the limited time they allowed, they insisted we first place an order and then take photos.Overall, the food and the service were both very disappointing, and the strict attitude made the visit unpleasant. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I recently dined at UPRE. Never go to this place as the managerswere unprofessional and left a negative impression on my dining experience. They refused to listen to our concerns and made us feel as if our feedback was not important.
