Worst Experience Ever – Highly Disappointed I had the worst experience with Upper Crust Bakery. I had clearly informed them on WhatsApp (in written text) about exactly what kind of cake I wanted. Both salespersons, Nareshbhai and Manishbhai, assured me that everything would be made exactly as per my requirements. However, what I received was completely different and extremely disappointing. It did not match my instructions at all. When I raised the issue, they refused to refund the money. They also denied remaking the cake or providing any proper solution. Instead of taking responsibility, they started making excuses and saying they don’t know about it. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Such poor customer service and false promises are not expected. This was truly a horrible experience. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone.

Not recomending at all. The food is no doubt the best. But the management ia poor. The door keeper doesnt respects at all. The valley parking is just of name. The guy outside of AMC loots moneys in name of parking. And the valley guy simply sees n dpesnt reacts. Told to manager but he shpwed no intrest. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
