I recently purchased a pastry from Uphar Bakery, but it was stale and had a bad smell. It was clear that they were selling old pastries by just brushing them with sugar water to make them look fresh. When I raised a complaint, the staff was rude and refused to acknowledge the issue. This is unacceptable, as food quality and customer health should be a top priority. Selling spoiled products is not only unethical but also a serious health risk. If you are looking for fresh and high-quality bakery items, I would recommend thinking twice before buying from here.
