One of the worst dining experiences I have had so far.We went there for breakfast. After placing our order we had to wait for 15 mins to get our first order which was a dosa, which they got wrong and then we had to wait for another 15 mins for get the correct order, after that the idli wada came 10 mins later where there was no wada, i thought they might be out of it and are preparing fresh batch but when i went to check I found they have been sending wada for online orders. this ticked me off, i asked for the coffee which was in my order amd guess what, it will take 15 more mins. i got tired of my hunger and decided to leave, i asked for my refund of the pending order and looking at the service so far its safe to say it has been donated to the spectacular service of upsouth as tip.The wakad branch is as good as a cloud kitchen. Oh wait they didn't do that properly as well, there were delivery guys waiting for half hour as well. So all in all, avoid this branch.If anyone from the upsouth wakad branch is watching this, you can keep my money, as I don't have the patience to continue calling you anymore. Thank you for your service.
