Today through dineout I had booked a table for 3 people in unplugged courtyard lucknow in the name of my son Utkarsh Dubey. Today is his birthday. But for the first time in my life I have got such cheap food and very poor service. I had come to Unplugged courtyard around 2-3 years ago at that time the food and service was very good. But today the food and service was pathetic, the snacks that were served was cold and tasteless. The waiter Shivam was very rude and unprofessional. It seemed as if some untrained street chap tapori had been made the waiter. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
