Chinese and Italian cuisines can be tasted here. It's a pleasant experience to eat nicely cooked mushrooms, tapas and pies. The cooks here prepare good brownies, fruitcake and fruit tarts. Many visitors mention that you can have delicious wine at this bar. Take your chance to taste great coffee.

Where- Hotel Regenta LP villas, Chakrata rd, Nanda ki ChawkiAmbience - 4/5. It resides inside an extravagant hotel, so don't get intimidated by that fact. I want to get this thing out there that even though it is an upper-class in-house bar/restaurant of @regentalpvilas , it's quite "affordable". They also have a coffee house and an Indian restaurant there, if you want to explore other options with your food. When it comes to aesthetics, it had all the elements of a bar ambience perfected - the lighting, background music, the furnishing and space. We tend to love natural light, but it can be an ambience killer for a place where people come to enjoy their drinks in harmony. They clearly understood this fact and took it up a notch to set a moody tone and dim lighting in their space. I particularly loved the sort of wine cellars and barrels they have placed near the bar seating, rest my pictures can tell. Food- 5/5. Like always I was served an enormous list of food items here, and everything I ate(except a few) was better than the restaurants I visited in past. I'm going to list out some handpicked food items that you can order here.Dishes- Burak's pita platter, Lucknowi Keema Pao*, Crystal dim sums, Honey smoked chicken*, Lemongrass skewers with stuffed chicken, Mushroom ki galouti* and ghee roast mutton boti pancakeDessert- Baileys brownie and honey dry fruit tart**Personal favourite Mushroom ki galouti was the highlight of the day, it was so tender that it melted the moment I put it in my mouth.Luchnowi keema was the most flavourful thing I ever had in my life. Uplugged Bar & Tapas is a bar inside the @regentalpvilas which serves class.Starting with interiors you'll love the woody interiors and a classy sitting bar like ambience this place provides. The lighting is dim that sets the mood and the cozy vibes this place has makes you relaxed. .Now if you're a cocktail person then you are in for a ride. The level of precision and work they put in while creating exquisite drink is next level. Bailey, LID, Italian Fizz and Old Fashioned are must try. .Palak Patta Chaat, Bambaiya Vada Paav and Mushroom Galauti are also worth trying. Do try the Mushroom ki galauti and I repeat its worth trying. The flavours will leave you satisfied and the different notes this dish hits on your taste palate is worth experiencing. .Delightful experience and the food here is really value for money while the drinks rates are at par with good pubs but still for the quality they're offering I think they're value for money too. #hhthurmar #limzozx
