Where- Hotel Regenta LP villas, Chakrata rd, Nanda ki ChawkiAmbience - 4/5. It resides inside an extravagant hotel, so don't get intimidated by that fact. I want to get this thing out there that even though it is an upper-class in-house bar/restaurant of @regentalpvilas , it's quite "affordable". They also have a coffee house and an Indian restaurant there, if you want to explore other options with your food. When it comes to aesthetics, it had all the elements of a bar ambience perfected - the lighting, background music, the furnishing and space. We tend to love natural light, but it can be an ambience killer for a place where people come to enjoy their drinks in harmony. They clearly understood this fact and took it up a notch to set a moody tone and dim lighting in their space. I particularly loved the sort of wine cellars and barrels they have placed near the bar seating, rest my pictures can tell. Food- 5/5. Like always I was served an enormous list of food items here, and everything I ate(except a few) was better than the restaurants I visited in past. I'm going to list out some handpicked food items that you can order here.Dishes- Burak's pita platter, Lucknowi Keema Pao*, Crystal dim sums, Honey smoked chicken*, Lemongrass skewers with stuffed chicken, Mushroom ki galouti* and ghee roast mutton boti pancakeDessert- Baileys brownie and honey dry fruit tart**Personal favourite Mushroom ki galouti was the highlight of the day, it was so tender that it melted the moment I put it in my mouth.Luchnowi keema was the most flavourful thing I ever had in my life.
