Very bad experience... It's Unlimited but, there no quality of food, and taste is terrible. Food is not fresh Brownie is more solid than the rock Pizza bases are pre-made Other things are less than the average Dear, owner please focus on the reviews and try to make service better, If your customers will be repeatedly then only the business will grow. Food is okay. But the lack of good service made our experience bitter. Their advertisement says 25 types of starters. Well, guess what... There were not. And 3-4 starters were empty, they never refilled them. I told them about the issue but they didn't resolve it. And then the biggest blunder was hygiene.. there was hair in pani-puri ( water). Spoons were not cleared properly. ( There was cake on spoon.) No tissue at the table. No water at the table. Just Nothing. Later, they provided these things to us but just imagine you had to ask for these things continuously aftet spending your hard earned money. No way. And why brownie was so hard like a toast or rusk (brownie with icecream). I have eaten brownie with icecream so many times but never like this. I just wanted to give this review because they have the potential but they don't care about customer service that makes me to never go back to this store. Won't upload pictures of their mistakes.
