“My experience at Underpass Restaurant was disappointing. The staff spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner, and even after discussing the issue with the manager, the behavior did not improve. Customer concerns were not taken seriously at the owner level either. There is a clear need for better customer handling and communication.” Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
