A complete disappointment! We walked into Chichas expecting a memorable culinary experience, given all the buzz surrounding the place. What we got instead was one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. Let’s start with the portions—shockingly stingy. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a fair serving, but what arrived at our table looked more like a tasting sample than a full dish. It felt like the restaurant is cutting corners at every possible step. The staff behaviour was the real deal-breaker. Rude, cold, and completely disinterested. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Asking for water or cutlery felt like we were burdening them. It’s baffling how a place with such poor hospitality still manages to draw a crowd. Service was painfully slow, and when the food finally did arrive, it lacked both flavour and freshness. The hype simply doesn’t match the reality. If you’re looking for good food, generous portions, and respectful service—this is not the place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently dined at Chicha's restaurant located in Masab Tank, and I must say a hearty experience. The cooking style and Masala flavours here are different from the regular. The ambience is quite different and the place requires reservations sometimes.We ordered Biryani, Haleem, everything was extremely tasty. The Patthar ka Gosht was the highlight..The Haleem was rich and flavorful, with the perfect blend of spices that left me feeling satisfied and content. The mutton biriyani was also exceptional, with tender pieces of meat and perfectly cooked rice.Service is fast, there's no car parking. You can park only two wheelers in front of the restaurant.Overall, I highly recommend giving Chicha's a try. The food is simply divine and will leave your gut feeling completely satisfied.
