I feel bad for writing a bad review but the service was horrible.I really didn’t want to write a bad review, but after the experience I had, I feel like it’s justified. I went to this Uncle Peter's Pancakes shop with my friend, and from the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like we were a burden. They were extremely rude and condescending, making us feel completely unwelcome. I tried asking about the different options they had, but the looks I got from them were like I was dumb for even asking.It was so uncomfortable, and honestly, I’ve never been treated so poorly before. They clearly had no interest in being helpful or polite, and I felt judged the entire time. By the end, they even gave me a fake smile and sarcastically told me to "have a nice day" after treating us like we didn’t matter at all.1 hour waiting for food....worst experience ever ..bt no one say sorry for us..I get that writing a bad review can affect a business, and I usually try to avoid it, but this experience was just too awful to ignore. Has anyone else felt guilty for leaving a bad review....
