I had just the Vimto here so in case you are reading this in crave for waffle, read someone else's review. As far as Vimto goes, it's tasty, with its nice raspberry flavour and sweet and tangy mix it tastes awesome, also the aesthetic location besides the St.Inez's adds charm to the place. It can accomodate seating for only 3 people hence consider that if you are planning a big group visit, ample parking available for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers too (depends on Panjim's rush hours). I had heard about it from reels and as their Vimto goes they didn't Uncle J's didn't disappoint. Looking forward to visiting it again and this time definitely tasting their famous waffles.
