I started off with their fresh water melon juice, and wow—this was next-level refreshing. Ice-cold, naturally sweet, and packed with juicy goodness, it’s the perfect way to beat the heat Then came the waffles—KitKat and Oreo. And let me tell you, they were absolutely divine. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, with layers of chocolatey goodness melting into every bite. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is pure heaven. And finally, the highlight—the Belgian chocolate shake. Thick, creamy, and packed with that deep, velvety chocolate flavor. Every sip felt like a chocolate lover’s dream come true But what made my visit even better? The staff at Uncle J’s. They were beyond amazing—so friendly, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Recently visited Uncles J’s in Panjim and tried their amazing waffles I tried their white chocolate, milk chocolate , Nutella and Kitkat stick waffles . And to go with my waffles I tried their shakes and juices which were so so fruity and refreshing! The sweet lime juice , strawberry shake and kitkat shake were my absolute favourite.
