I visited Umesh Refreshments UDP recently and was impressed by its authentic South Indian flavors. The food here is exceptionally tasty, and their crispy dosa is a crowd favorite for a good reason—perfectly and delightfully crunchy. One dish that stood out for me was the Ghee Pudi Idli, which was soft, flavorful, and soaked in ghee with a generous coating of spicy podi. It’s a dish I would highly recommend. However, be prepared for a bit of a crowd during peak hours, as this spot is quite popular. Despite the rush, the food and the experience are absolutely worth it for anyone craving genuine southern Indian cuisine.
