its not Umesh Cafe. its Umesh Cigrattes, Tobacco and Drug adda.... where all the youngsters of ponda town meeting for smoking purpose .... and yes it is close to our ex. cm house i.e. of Shri. Ravi Naik house... and he dont even bothered of such things....
