I've been a member since years (15 years) yet everytime I stayed here they've told me that there are no room available EVERY TIME and given me the same type of cottage room in the old building. The cottage room is average not really great we can't new room including the fact that we booked the rooms prior to the date we came and we requested them for a bigger room when we did the booking yet the room was so small the extra bed we ordered had stained sheets The food is okayish slow service The reception was not accomodating and adjusting as we wanted another room despite the fact that we told them way before

It used to be the number 1 option for a meeting place in the evenings, but it seems like it's going downhill since the last few years. The pool is perennially closed. The only bright thing is the old staff they are still very polite and nimble as always. Meanwhile the restaurant menu has limited options only from which something or the other would usually not be available 'at the moment'.
