Taco from the fact that we had a huge bag of masa harina, and random items in the fridge and freezer that pulled together. You don't have to make your own tortilla shells (though it tastes great when you do) and you can always buy store bought

Ordered the chicken meatballs, butter chicken and pandi curry. Great portion sizes, and came with a side of salad that was yum, and kulchas. Loved the meatball starters. A little dry for our liking, but goes well with the salad, and the curry alongside. The butter chicken definitely wasn't the usual tasting gravy, but we certainly liked it. Was told that they use kefir for the gravy, which was very interesting indeed. The pandi curry was quite a bit tangy for our liking, though. Food overall is good, not greasy, nice flavour profile, packed well, and more than ample portion sizes. Do give them a try. Umami as a taste concept is less explored by the majority of Indian palate. Its a savory taste, usually in fermented products and meat broths.
Will certainly try out other dishes the next time around. We wish Varun & his team the very best for his venture too. Overall 4/5 from us.
